Master Interactions in World Tour?

Hi,

I am at the beginning of the world tour, most recently having met Chun Li.

When looking at the "Masters" tab in the "Status" app on my phone, it tells me that "New Interactions" are available for Chun Li and for Luke, and that "New Skills" are available for Luke.

How do I get these new skills / make these interactions?

I tried repeatedly talking to Chun Li, but she says rather trivial things and the "New interactions" marker is still there.

I have no idea where I can find Luke in the first place, let alone interact with him or learn a skill from him.

When you pull up your map, Masters will be marked by a white star in a purple circle. If you have new interactions or new skills, all you need to do is go to that master and talk to them.

"New Interactions" are generally just a new line of dialogue. New skills are unlocked by talking to them, and they'll give you the skill.
