Getting a leverless controller was easily the best fighting game related investment I've ever made. Now my hands/wrists don't get destroyed after a 2 hour session, and my execution is now kinda nice, instead of being hyper mid.
Seriously thinking about getting a crappy keyboard and remove all the keys but the ones required to play.
i have a hitbox that I used for a short while but I found it wasn't really helping my playstyle in any way, it was just neat to be able to use
lol, that sounds like a great idea, plus keyboard keys can be even faster and capable of customizing it in many different ways.
Nontheless it is way more fun than playing on a stick and it is also absolutely superior in the comfort department to any alternative known to me.
In the end it is not my problem, that you do not play on a hitbox (just like it is not my problem what input method you use). Who are we to tell anyone how to play the game?
Yo, that's incredible that you've managed to do that on one of the worst D-pads I've ever had to use.
kicks on 123, punches on 456, macros for grab parry and di on 789
Just keep in mind that most crappy keybords lack n-key-rollover when attempting this.
It's not that bad. It takes around a week to learn to jump properly and around 3 weeks for human brain to make this new skill permanent.
