Aki anti air gameplan
So when I used to play Juri, my go to anti air wasn't heavy punch, like most people, when I saw them jump, I favored jumping slightly after them, and kicking them down with a light punch, before beating them around.
When I try to do with with Aki, I find that I don't seem to have time to block, parry a grab, or do any combo moves. I know she has that nice hand whip anti air, but I still like the jumping jab since people seem to rarely react to it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to use it and not get my ass kicked immediately after?

Her whip anti-air is the go-to afaik. It either inflicts poison if they don't have it, or gives a full combo if they did. I'd just try to get used to that since they are helpless if they jumped anyway.
st.HK has a nice anti-air hitbox and is quick. It can be used for that purpose.
cr.HK is a little less consistent than her other anti-air options, but it causes an air-juggle, and is super cancelable. cr.HK>Level 3 is a clean 5k off an anti-air, and level 2 is super consistent here too.
Her air-to-air options don't seemm that good and her abare is average upon landing, and lacks even an invuln attack besides level 1 to demand respect in an air-to-air scramble, so I would say it isn't worth it with her.
