AKI is completely Broken, I know Capcom want people to buy her but she has too many advantages at the moment and badly needs a Nerf.

I had like 30 matches against AKIs today and she actually feels pretty well balanced, maybe you're just not accustomed to the match-up.

I wish I was so great at the game that I instantly knew everything about the capabilities of a character and the best way to play against them the same day they came out. Sadly I'm not smarter and better than all the top tournament players, who all take quite a lot more than a single day to figure new characters out. But I'm happy for OP. It must be great to be the best fighting game player to ever exist.

I have her in diamond, only played her for a couple hours, I think she’s a mid tier character at best.

She’s got some unique tools but she’s not even going to come close to challenging Ken and JP at the top of the tier list

She has no reversal, no corner carry, garbage supers, her damage is extremely low without poison debuff. Even with poison, her damage is on the low side mid screen. Projectile is very laggy. Only thing she has going for her is a decent neutral game. She's probably low tier.

She seems pretty low-tier to me. Her kit is very style over substance.

Her damage is fine if you know her optimal combos, she has some very good corner combos too

Her supers aren’t garbage, her sa2 hits full screen, she can easily combo into them all

She might not have an attacking reversal but she does have an escape option with her OD snake step

I don’t think she’s bad at all, just not top tier

This is how you know AKI isn't busted.

On release a lot of people were complaining about how busted Manon, Honda, and Kim. Ken was downplayed, and JP was mid at best and would be easily dealt with once figured out how to deal with his "gimmicks"

A lot of the people that complained about Manon, Honda, and Kim are probably no longer playing, and never had any idea what they were talking about. Everyone else who knew that Ken and JP were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gets to laugh at how wrong the swarm was.

Same thing happened with Rashid, and where is he now?

akum plays nothing like jp never has never will he is inthe style of ryu and ken more along there line but with more tools

I like that the way you phrase this implies you play enough fighting games for this to be a regular occurrence for you, but you actually seldom play any at all, and this is just a character you put on, you poser.

Manon and Marisa? Seriously? If a character doesn't have a fireball or DP, they can no longer be called strong. These women have neither.
