Messing with it in training mode there are no differences from the regular grabs but just from one real match it seems like its just as quick as the heavy grab but its reach is the same as light grab or even farther. Its odd cause it says 8f startup yet it looks a lot faster. Let me know if you guys have anything else to add!

OD is as fast as MP and has the range of LP.

Like @nentn10 said. The reason rarely used because Manon already very depend on her meter resource such as to confirm hit grab or throw mix up. You probably use it when you have lvl 4 or 5 and wanted to grab your opponent by surprised, not during punished.

heavy punch throw is fast and short range, medium is medium range and speed, lp is slow but long range. So basically, you OD version is long range and medium speed. So it's a good surprise from any of the distances. Plus the yellow-stuff makes people want to block because they think it's an attack.
