Additional stages from Ultimate edition

Are the 2 additional stages advertised in the ultimate edition available at release?
Does anyone know if these two stages can be unlocked/purchased separately? (Did SF5 had stages for players to unlock/purchase?)

Only available at release. If you miss them they are gone forever.

No, the stages aren't available at release as far as we know. If I had to guess they'll probably be tied to two of the four DLC characters for the season, so they won't release until those characters release most likely.

And yes, you will most likely be able to purchase the stages separately (which SF5 let you do as well).
