Metacritic, individual youtube reviewers, IGN and Gamespot rated this game high. Hopefully AngryJoe reviews SF6 as well so this would be his first fighting game review.

theres clearly a handful of paid reviewers.. but the majority still get the accurate rating out.. just look at redfall, battlefield, hogwarts, gollum, etc.. total review scores were very accurate despite a handful of obviously paid for reviews..

I'm sure 400k are from IGN themselves. I can't believe that many people would watch anything they do. These are the same people that gave the horrendous GTA4 and 5 games a 10.

the beta made it pretty obvious this was going to be a really good game. All of the big fighting game content creators that matter, have been really positive on SF6.

I mean, IGN is the biggest gaming website, they get millions of readers. Their opinions are highly regarded by most people.
