Can you play older Street Fighter games in World Tour?

Like is there an arcade somewhere in Metro City in World Tour where you can play older Street Fighter titles or other Capcom games? I'm not expecting it but it'd be cool if so because the Yakuza games have arcades in their cities that have old Sega games in them.

Final Fight's there, Street Fighter 2's there, Captain Commando, Knights of the Round Table, Megaman the Power Battle, just to name a few.

I know for a fact that Final Fight is one of the games you can play. Street Fighter II, Captain Commando, SonSon too. I think I saw Street Fighter Alpha 2 in one trailer?

But sadly, there doesn't seem to be any way to play the arcade games with other players. I imagine they might add that later on if enough people ask for it, but until then your best bet is Fightcade.
