Legacy control support?

Does it support legacy controls? Because I have a arcade stick build in legacy and at least in the demo had no luck in making it work. Will it even?

I not talking about the "key setup" I'm talking about the type of controls it actually supports, I have an xbox 360, xbox one controller that works, my PS4 controller does as well, my PS3 does not, an arcade controller that I have with an xbox 360 controler board works, but one that I have that is a built in zero delay board and works in legacy mode in other fighting games does not work on demo. The question is Will it be supported the legacy mode for control inputs?

My qanba q2 pro works (PS3 arcade stick) it's not native like sf4 or Tekken 7 but steam allows me to configure it.

Make sure steam input is turned on in the game properties in Steam.
