Is it possible to tech out of Manon and Giefs command grabs?

No you can't tech command grab, that's their all thing.

As for armor break it's usually just a matter a number of hits, so use move with multiple hits.

Another thing I noticed with Manon is if you have your own command grab and are far enough away you can EX/OD it and yours will win out if they didn't also EX/OD.

Yeah, basically don't Melee them or you run the risk of getting thrown twice and lose.
I know it's a fighting game, but don't play Melee-centric characters.

that's because Manon's light command grab has 10f startup as opposed to 5f
