Looking for clothing item. I cannot find it

Hey Does anyone know how to get the shoulder-less top and the tube top?

I have been told the tube top is from a random battle in nayshall, but i just cant find it. I dont know if its from a friendly or hostile encounter either.

If anyone has insight on either please help!

The tube is in Nayshall, around the Central Bazzaar at Night, check NPC for their loot.
The Camisole (I imagine this is the one you mean) is from Metro City at Night, near the Master's building. Inspect some of the NPC's, particularly the female guards. Some of them will have it.

anyone know where to get "ghandi cap" and "metal chain" ? i think its from low level metro city areas but i missed it

There's a mask I saw only copy fighters having during the story event at the tower with Kimberly (of course I wasn't using Ken style because I had no idea that was needed for the drop at that moment) and copy fighters seem very rare and I only occasionally see them on the metro train. It's not the skull mask or any store mask. It's quite sleek and the base color was probably black. That's one item I am missing for sure. There's a need for a proper avatar item guide but it's quite a task.

I'm writing these down for myself as I go, not every item, just the stuff that I find interesting:

Sleeveless Turtleneck: Nayshall > Night > Old Nayshall - East Alley
Crop Top: Nayshall > Night > Boatman Moh'ter area
Gandhi Cap: Nayshall > Night > End of the long rail bridge where you meet that resistance girl

Do you know about the specific of the chain? Do you get it from the train fights or from the people there?

Just to make sure, sleeveless turtleneck is different from a tanktop. It has a much more sleek, silky design. :>

Also idk if it was ripped or shredded jeans, but they can be found about in the center of Nayshall at night. I think they were there during the day too. And at the last waypoint where JP is. I have like 20 of them lying around in my inventory x.x

check stores, both riped jeans appear in stores

I can't find the tube where you mentioned it. Does it take long to show up?
