Gladiator-themed outfits in World Tour, where do I get them?

So far I've managed to get the Warrior Helm and the Duelist's Bangle from the merchant in Italy next to Marisa, but where else could I get the cool gladiator stuff that other npcs have? Will I just bump into more people who I could earn it from as I do the main story? Are they connected to subquests? Or is it something else entirely?

Edit: There's a gladiator-looking guy who flexes in front of the Mike Haggar Memorial Stadium during the day who has what I'm referring to more specifically, also the one female gladiator-lady who you encounter if you progress Marisa's bond high enough and she'll ask you to help with two suitors. She in particular wears a roman-styled breastplate that also looks pretty cool.

Those look pretty good, but have you seen the one gladiator-looking guy flexing in front of the Mike Haggar Memorial Stadium during the day? I'm mostly trying to see if anyone had found his gear. My bad for not saying so before!

i have yet to find that npc's specific gear besides the spartan helmet dan called out above^^

the gladiator helmet and wrist piece is sold in italy. the metal arm chains i have are sold by another vendor whose location i cant remember.. and my sandals are purchased from the store..

still trying to find the entire spartan outfit. not sure its actually available.

I've been hunting every cosmetic in WT to dink around with Avatar cosplaying. I think I'm getting close to having every cosmetic. There's a lot of NPC clothing that isn't available to the player.

You can find 2 types of gladiator sandals in Nayshall NPC rotation and maybe one of the merchants. Gladiator Helm also drops in Nayshall. Drippin Style sells a leather Asymmetrical Skirt, it's a mix of safety shorts and leather skirt, later in the Story.

There's no armor cosmetics in the game except the helm and bracers (that I've found). I don't think there's a cape, either. Uou and Suou drop wrestling belts late into Gief's Master quests. Closest thing to a chestplate for now.

Merchant in Dhalsimer Temple sells the Initiate Chains, which are probably the best all-around accessory. You can stack 3 of them for boosts to all 4 damage types with no negative side-effects.

The spartan helmet drops from npcs around the place where you can sleep in Nayshall, but only at night. You can also get assymetrical skirt (better fit for the look you want) at the clothing store in metro city beat square after you reach a certain point in the story. Also, the breezy sandals in the pic above is from the Hub Goods in battle hub, a cheaper, easier alternative are the chic sandals in metro city beat square shop as well.

If anyone knows how to get the armor gauntlets and shoulder pauldron some warrior looking guys have, please let me know.

Is it possible to earn the belt without re-starting World Tour? I haven't unlocked it and only had one chance to fight both twins, which was on that Zangief mission.

little late but im pretty sure they drop from those guys when you fight them in the daily/normal tournaments in Metro City after completing Gief's quest
