Constant disconnects

Am I the only one getting constant disconnects when trying to play online?
Usually a long error code starting with 50708.
I have no issues with my internet connection and this only happens with SF6.
Can barely play a single match without disconnecting.

I've had various disconnects since the game launched with different error codes. Got a nasty one today that wouldn't let me log into the game. I play dozens of other fighting games online, only SF6 does this. I haven't seen anyone give an actual fix, just random stuff about ports, and even if you jump through those hoops.. I've yet to see anyone fix these issues long-term even if it solves it for an afternoon.

It's a really weird issue that doesn't seem to have answers/fixes.. and doesn't affect everyone, so the people who don't have the issue think we're crazy, needa buy a new router, play with ports, use VPNs before signing into the game (works for some), etc.

By now it's clear that the issue is on capcom's/SF6 end.

I've been having issues with sf6 recently, whenever I'm playing, after a seemingly random amount of time, my steam seems to disconnect, or at least the friends list says I'm disconnected. Would be curious if anyone notices this when they disconnect in game.

I honestly need to do further testing but it's quite frustrating. Especially in the middle of a set !

I play on PS5 and facing frequent disconnection, I tried using my phone's internet, it is working fine on that.

I also tried playing other online games, MKX and Brawlhalla, didnt face any issue, all my online PC games run fine and I play a lot of them, this issue is from Capcom's side. I enjoy the game but tmif they want us to play, then let it be.

if it was an issue on capcoms side why would it work on your phone which is just a different network?

It's ridiculous how much connection issues this game has yet it isn't seen as a well known problem. It's like the game disconnects you if the speed is below it's desired standards. I could be having a match with near perfect ping then get disconnected with some "client failed to respond to server request" BS.

Capcom for the love of god FIX THIS I don't play ANY other game that has this issue

You are going to have to do some investigation on your end. This is not a problem nearly anyone else is having.

This topic was about a specific server issue that was resolved several weeks ago. The issue you describe is not the same thing.
