Unlocking avatar skin colors

Is it possible to get green, blue, red, etc. skin colors for your avatar?
If so, how and where?

Yes, they're tied to finding some of the masters in world tour.

Blanka and Dhalsim unlock about 20 new skin colours each when you find them.

Both are sidequests that you won't find if you're just beelining the main story. Blanka is available in chapter 6, Dhalsim in chapter 9.

You should be able to get Blanka now or very soon, but I honestly don't remember the exact quest to go find him. I think maybe Brazil just unlocks automatically as a travel destination?

For Dhalsim you have to buy a yoga statue from a sketchy guy near the "heart" sculpture in the day, then come back at night and confront him. Then it'll unlock travel to India.
