I don't feel like Manon is exceptionally strong in this game whatsoever. Her normals have good range but are extremely punishable and her entire gameplan is a mechanics check for the other player.
If you understand drive impacts and how to punish she falls apart fast. Most grapplers bank on the other player not understanding technical aspects and this is no different.
If you're struggling against Manon, lab her for 30 minutes and you'll probably learn a lot that will help you in the matchup.
She's for sure OP. Hopefully they'll recognize the issues with her and adjust accordingly.
