Manon should get an extra frame for her combos
lets face it, Manon combo timing is ridiculous. I'm not even asking much, just 1 extra frame per step. Maybe some extra damage to actually make it deal more damage than just drive rush command throw

Yes I can do it repeatedly... WITHOUT LAG but latency frames are killing me when I'm trying to link the heavy into the throw.

I'm at the point of not using the combo at all, and just drive rush into QCB MP

Basically MP DR HCB+MP for just a "guaranteed" medal and MORE DAMAGE THAN HER COMBO(I haven't found anything that stops this confirm yet, but I'm sure it exists somewhere)

Try doing MK -> DR -> CMP -> back+HP into a QCF LP

Feels like bread and butter.

That's literally the combo I'm doing. I've got it reliably locally. The problems are two fold:

It flat out does LESS damage than just directly DR => HCB+MP
The timing gets painful online what I'm constantly dropping the hit throw by a single frame

I'm sure a balance patch will release eventually that will mess up everyone. lol Seems like almost every character has some crazy nonsense to them...I know my Honda drive gauge damage has to be getting nerfed. Just spam headbutts and clean em out.

I dont think theyre gonna nerf that, because DI is the most free counter to headbutt spam. If you can react to it for instance if they headbutt from full scree, just DI. Armor will eat the hits, free counter state, follow up combo after.

DI is not a free punish to headbutt, Honda recovers fast enough to counter DI, headbutt is not punishable on block unless the Honda player is exceptionally dumb. You are supposed to parry it to avoid losing drive gauge. He is minus so you need to take your turn back after headbutt. If their headbutts are predictable you can also DP them if your character has one

try double tapping back HP.

welp turns out there is now some choice in combo. I just figured out that if you mp/mk => dr => command throw... on block use light and on hit wait a bit for them to "recover" and they have a 2 frame window to try and interrupt you or get thrown. More mixing up built into her kit. Her corner carry and corner pressure is TERRIFYING. Since most people are trying to block the combo, this should be pretty successful as a toolkit option.

I'd say at this point combo is what you go for on hit, but if they block it, DR into LP command throw is just an easy way to spend three meter for a medal

This character needs to be nerfed or deleted... so many people using her and her attacks a broken, grabs from far away and in middle of combos and the damage from the grabs are insane like 30-45% or something.. character isn't fun going against and i keep getting her and that other spartan girl both are very unfun to play against.

What characters are you playing? A lot of characters have much more potential damage than her. I've noticed a lot of people just "jump" incase I'm a frame short since it prevents the throw. ONE FRAME...
