Legendary Gear Pieces

So far the only one I've come across is the Blanca chan suit (which after fully upgraded is the only piece I've worn for most of the world tour mode). So, my question is, how do I get other legendary pieces? There must be more, right? That Blanca chan suit is great and all, but it adds one buff: the super art gauge boost (but no punch/kick boost stuff like that), plus it takes up all slots lol! Recommendations welcome as well. Thanks!

Ryu gave me his old Gi Top in a fight before teaching me.

I stuck with the unleveled Blanka-chan Suit before being able to buy Ultra rarity gear in Chapter 13 or 14. They're better than the Legendary Ryu top by quite a lot.

Just maxed out Chun-Li's style. Fighting her (she's level 65 in the fight), and for completing an objective you can obtain her iconic buns as an accessory. It's a legendary piece too.

I just started Chapter 14. I've been using the Blanka Chan gear at +10. It has 84 punch/kick strength, fyi.

With that said, what gear is supposedly better than this? I've not seen anything as everything registers less on stats individually.

The very last merchant in the game seems to sell the best gear for all non-accessory slots. The merchant at Dhalsim's temple seems to sell the best accessories (these chained glove things), which you can equip to all 3 slots because of course you can. :D

Barring some special minmax buffs from other sets that I didn't bother learning about, their pure stat numbers are the best far as I've seen.
