Finished SF6 World Tour, Here's Some Tips
I've just finished World Tour mode. Took me 30 hours or so. I have some subquests left but I think a major part is done. Four masters are maxed. I haven't found Master Juri, haha.

Here's some tips for you, fellow fighters.
  • DRESS PROPERLY: This game secretly records screenshots for later use
  • Gears: Always utilize "Gear Effect"/"Gear Appearance" to make sure the best look & buff
  • Lv3 Super Arts: Unlocked at each Master Lv20.
  • Drive Impact/Rush/Parry: Unlocked on main mission (about 10 hours mark, pretty far)
  • "Hit with X unique moves": This is mistranslated. "Hit with X projectiles" is correct.
  • Special Moves: You only need 3, lol. Must-haves are Screw Piledriver (gief Lv1), Hundred Hand Slap (honda), and Sonic Boom (guile Lv10-ish)
  • Accessory Slots: 2nd skill tree unlocks slot 2. 5th tree unlocks slot 3.
  • Costume 2: To unlock, max Master's Bond to 100
  • Bond: Only 10 favorite gifts are needed to max each Lv20 Master (20 gifts for Lv1)
  • XP Farming: Always do it at night. Nayshall is bit better. But Metro City is not bad at all.
  • Money Farming: Go mini-game if you are at low level. Occasional visits to Abigail's Scrap Metal will help you a lot
  • Skill XP Farming: Nayshall is better. Unlock Nayshall first if you are maxing many masters
  • 30 fps?: "Basic Graphic Settings" is locking World Tour in 30 fps. Disable it if you have a beefy PC.
Now I can FINALLY go multiplayer, lol. My playername is "Higon". Challenge me anytime if you see me online. ciao.

Thank you for the tips!
What does the game do with the secretly recorded screenshots?
Also, was there any fps problems? Because sometimes, the game is unplayable to me, at least the World Tour, and sometimes, the same place gives me 60, or more, than 60 fps.

Can you continue to play after you finish the story?

I actually just finished this part and I was still having some difficulty with it at level 50- the last fight is against a level 58 character. So I would recommend wandering Nayshall at night beating up randoms to grind a few more levels to avoid frustration.

Your first tip is to "dress properly"? WTF is this? Barbie's Dream House? And did you even sleep since the game was released? How could you have put 30 hours into a tacked-on single player mode already?

I need the mode to work right first.

I beat the game around Lv61. HP was 21270. Last tournament is easy except "Cardboard One". Mostly I did "MP > Hundred Hand Slap > LP > Hundred Hand Slap > LP > ..." loop to get perfect rounds. Against cardboard one, you need to "jump" the first attack "guard" the rest then "Drive Impact" back the last attack.

How To Power Up Your Character:
  • Not Level: Leveling will not power up your character. It only earns you skill points.
  • Skill Tree: You can increase def/atk by filling the skill tree
  • Gear: Each gear enhance your character's status. (Expensive = Better Status)
  • Enhance: You can enhance gears at shops. (I've never used it, so idk)
  • Permanent Food: Collect consumables with "(Permanent)" in its description and USE them. Almost every item shop has a single stock of them.
  • Temporary Food: Consuming food in the battle is important when you are under-leveled. For losing battle, at least keep hp-regen and defense-buff up.
Basically, get new gears and wear them in "Gear Effect". Always buy and eat perma food. You can check the spec of your gears in status menu.

Game's been playable for me. You need to adjust other graphics settings if you have problem with that. I noticed that Map can be 60fps but the battles are always 30fps locked. PvP match is a lot smoother.

Many enemies have horrible AI.

Sand Blast - Basic attack spam (Medium Punch Luke spam works wonders, Ken kicks, too) - Command throws

Those are the 3 you can just spam and do fine with. It takes zero effort. I sadly realised it only after finishing the final side quest, at the end.

You can go to the junk yard and spam the job there to earn easy money, we are talking about ~16k (with food buff) per attempt, each attempt takes ~30 seconds + navigating menu, loading, etc. so if you are not well optimized, take your time, etc. it's like 50~60 seconds per attempt.

With that money you go to a shop, buy yourself some heals and just spam those heals if needed. Do not worry about the secondary objectes for items, not worth it. Important: each shop has it's own price. One can sell small heals for 7k another one sells medium ones for 5k.

edit: finished the story with like lvl 50, was lvl 62 when I finished all side missions (ignoring the master ones, as I have yet to master everything)

Yeah, you need to exploit the enemy AI in World Tour. That's a part of the game. World Tour is a glorified tutorial after all. Pretty good contents to kill free time though.

I'm playing avatar battle in battle hub now. And I'm getting 26-win streak. Avatar battle is pretty unbalanced against low level players.

I have a feeling that this can be automated easily. Some of the mini-games only require simple button mashing, so. Too bad it's still fun to play manually lol.

It can be. If you go for modern controls, set neutral special to something like Phalanx, you can just spam the attack and you will easily gain ~16k (including food buff) every ~40 seconds.
