Slow motion issue

Hi !

I think a lot of us have this problem with the game running in slow motion.
I now have all the settings in ultra low and the problem is still the same, even on the training stage in training mode.
Weird, because the demo and the beta were running very smoothly on my computer, and i previously played games like Resident Evil 7, RE2R, RE3R, Sekiro in normal/high without good FPS. Now SF6 is in ultra low, looks absolutely horrible, and still can't run well.
My hardware : GTX 1070, 16 GO RAM, i7 8750H, 144hz screen.
Did any of you found solutions to this ?

I am on laptop, but the game is using my GTX 1070, no doubt. As someone mentioned above, i can also play online against human opponents without any slowdown. But in training mode vs CPU, just impossible. The game is broken.

It seemed like NOTHING I did was working for this problem and then I did a clean install of the GeForce "Studio" driver as a hail Mary and it seemed to have helped tremendously.

EDIT: It didn't last.

I have the same problem, for me worked

Turn vsync off in vs mode
Turn vsync on in world tour

Weird. I had a kinda similar issue and seeing everyone else having different variants of the issue is fascinating.

MY issue was the game ran perfectly at max settings 1080p 60fps except for: Stage Intros (not the VS screen, the ones in stage), Super Moves, Win Poses, and Story Mode battles. Everything else was 100% fine.

Turned down Shadows to minimum, everything else is max. Runs perfect now except for select Story Mode battles and...Win Poses? *shrug* This is SUCH a weird issue. Same assets, same basic visuals, just certain close ups break the speed of the game.

Did it work for you? Mine went back to slowing down again after a while.

Interestingly, I only have slowdown in Metro City and not in Nayshall areas.

I'm on a GTX 1070 laptop too and it's running fine although GPU usage is around 90%, 75C GPU temperature after longer playtime.

There is a setting called "Game Speed" within training mode. The two options are 50% and Standard. Didn't see anyone else post this

This is exactly what I am seeing. and I can't figure this crap out.
I'm running:
- Ryzen 7 5800x
- RTX 4090
- 32GB ram
- I'm using a wired fight stick

This game should be able to run at full speed on any setting I throw at this game with this rig.

I've verified that the game speed is normal, I've set and reset all my settings countless times, and I've installed various versions of the drivers several times.

It always works fine against human players, or in combo trials, but any mode where I enable CPU on my opponent, it slows down.

Slow against CPU.

It runs fine in other modes.

I've noticed that the issue showed up for me after turning VSYNC on(And went back to normal after turning VSYNC off again)

I have the same issue when entering combats. In World Tour free roam works fine, then i enter a combat and drops in slow motion... also in Fighting Grounds...

I cannot play a fighting game, when fighting. Funny enough.

10 first hours where fine, now suddenly is unplayable. I asked for a refund, but don't expect to recieve it...

Guys i finally bought the game on PS4 (which is less powerful than my computer), and the game is running very well. At the same time, the same game on PC in window mode, with the lowest resolution and the lowest settings can't run properly. Mystery.
