For those wondering how ultrawide works there's two, theoretically three different ways to do it.
First would be to just crop the screen. Show less of the top and/or bottom of the existing image and re-adjust the hud as appropriate.
The second would be to show more past the existing image. This can lead to corners being confusing as you run into an invisible wall when it's not obvious there is one there. However it's easy to adjust.
The cracked beta offered tools to do a combination of the two above as you saw fit.
The theoretical third would be to reprogram the camera so you get the experience of the second without its problems. Of course this kind of experience usually only comes from the developer, not from mods against TOS. However given enough time and reverse engineering, this could theoretically be done in a mod as well.
The Neo G9 is better. Why would I want to be distracted by Bezel? I can also run it as 2 27" monitors if I wanted too. And you have not lived until you've played TOTK on an Ultrawide.
