Doesn't recognize RT/LT from fightstick

I have a Qanba eightarc. It seems to be compatible except the game does not recognize inputs from the RT or LT button. Everything else is fine. I've tested it on other games, and the buttons work fine there, so it is not a wiring issue.

Does anyone have any idea what I can try doing to fix this?

When I do that, none of the inputs from the fight stick register at all in the game, even though it says it detects the Qanba in Steam control settings.

I figured it out. I had to keep it enabled, but in the Steam controller settings for the game, you have to click "Controller General Settings" above the enable/disable dropdown. Then you can map whatever buttons haven't been mapped. For some reason, those two were missing.
