Also it crashes everything else on my PC too, web browser etc... anything that is pretty much operating on my PC will crash if I have Reshade installed.

This happens to people without Re-Shade as well, might be unrelated.

Sounds like a Reshade problem if it's crashing your PC.

Update your graphic drivers and more importantly, update your Directx, it will solve the issue

SAME updated direct x and graphics driver game crashes with fatal d3d error!!! did you find a fix yet???

Without Reshade installed I have NOT had ONE crash so for anyone else running without Reshade sorry.... Might be you AV or something as this game follows in the same vein as RE4 Remake which had like 4 to 5 different background checking software attached to it as I presume is the same case here.

In order for Reshade to work without the game crashing you have to modify some game files. "Re. Framework mod"

i managed to fix it, but i didn't know which step i did fix it so i'm going to dump them here.

• update your OS. use sfc scannow to look up for any issues.

• disable windows firewall/windows defender completely.

• disable windows game mode and game bar. i like them, but in most cases they are the culprit as majority of gaming community says so.

• turning off every game overlay you have. i was only using steam and amd, but many people have discord and many people won't care about it's overlay. just turn all of them off.

• use -dx11 argument on the game, from steam.

• go to game's exe, and run it administrator, disable fullscreen optimizations and run it on windows 7 compatibility mode.

• uninstall any other video codecs you have. also, uninstall every video players you have, unless it's from windows.

• if you have any other dlls on your game folder, like reshade or dlc unlockers, remove them.

• clear at least 100gb of space on drive where your windows have been installed.

• use ddu in safe mode to remove your gpu drivers. full install most recent one.

• disable any enchancement features that your gpu driver offers - like anti-lag from amd, in my case.

• when boot up your game, go to main menu and turn on shader compliation. wait around 20~ minutes to finish them.

this is how i fixed, more or less. i played for 2 hours and never crashed. hope it works for you.

SF6 + Reshade causing the Pagefile.sys on my C drive to fill up until there is no more space left, it then crashes with the D3D Error.

It might get fixed when praydog updates is REFramework for SF6. It was the same issue with Reshade and Resident Evil 4 remake. With the framework Reshade works without crashing.
https://reshade.me/forum/shader-troubleshooting/8674-re4-remake-crash-on-new-game-with-reshade

https://github.com/praydog/REFramework

But SF6 is not supported. yet.
