Street Fighter™ 6
[Solved] PSA - Avoid Latest Nvidia Driver Update 535.98
UPDATE: (Turns out there's an option to precompile the shaders that's pretty much essential. Fixed most of my issues. Not sure why updating my drivers made things worse initially though.)

World tour mode already runs like ass, the latest Nvidia drivers will make it even worse.

Every time you update drivers you have to recompile shaders. With every game. Every time. So it won't matter if you roll back or not. Will have to recompile them. Also when the game updates you have to recompile them.

I'm running driver 531.68 and the game is running great, not one issue. Everyone could try out that driver and see how it does for them.
Okay but where is the option? No ones responding to that question.

You basically just sit in the menu for like 30 minutes and it does it in the background. It doesn't actually show you a meter or anything for how much longer it has.

Go to options, game, other settings, shader warming on startup. Then close and restart the game. There will be a progress bar for the shader cache.

Okay thanks very much. I tried that but I still got a d3d error while installing shaders. I dont understand at all.... But I'll try again. Never have this issue on any other game.

Oh neat, didn't know it was in the settings, thanks for the info.
