How do I do the yellow input arrow?
I reached chun-li but I can't do her two special moves at all.

Yellow is a charge input. You hold the direction for around a second, then snap it the other way and press the attack button.

Kikoken is charge back for around a secondish, then forward
Spinning Bird Kick is down, then up.
I'm doing this on keyboard. It doesn't seem to be working when I hold left, let go and press forward punch
You may not be charging fast enough or you may no be switching button fast enough.

I just don't understand. When my back is at the wall, it comes out more reliably but it's still maybe a 50/50 chance Kikoken is executed. But if I'm close to my opponent, it just will not come out

You have to make sure that you completely let go of left before pressing forward punch again. I am on keyboard too.
inputs take practice, especially charge. Try playing Guile or studying under him in WT mode to practice since his moves are more straightforward. His Back->forward is a better fireball, and his down->up is a very strong anti-air/"get off me" tool.

And again, you might not be charging it for long enough, not switching buttons fast enough, or not letting go of left fast enough and not realize it. Try it in training mode to see your inputs. A clean Kikoken/Sonic Boom input should look like

<- [40] (40 frames so two thirds of a second, maybe more I don't remember exactly how long the charge time is in 6)

I swear to you guys I am letting go of left completely before I go right + punch. It's just not consistent and I'm really not sure where I'm going wrong.

Is there some kind of guide specifically just for left-right and down-up charges? I'm 200% doing the execution under 40 frames

There are character guides for every charge character that go over all their special moves and tutorials for basic mechanics for every SF all over youtube, I linked one for 5 but it should apply to 6 as well, at least regarding the basic system of it.

Here's a video for how to do them on Hitbox, which uses the same control scheme you may be using on Keyboard.

Been trying this out in training mode and if you were having trouble like me you're most likely not holding the back key long enough. Your input can be correct but if you don't hold the back key long enough, nothing will happen.
This really helped me doing these two on Chun Li but its still kinda hard timing them.

If perchance you're playing DeeJay his projectile (Back>Forward Punch) is 45 frames. minimum number of frames btw

Also double check to make sure you're pressing the direction before the punch but I think that's something you'd already know.

chun and guile are 50 frame charges hope this helps
