I am trying to find out all possible moments these slowdowns happen and trying to add them at the pinned Troubleshooting post since I was the first one to post there, but please, stop blaming Denuvo if you can't prove this didn't start with the Benchmark build.
Hopefully Capcom patches World tour soon, too much poppin' , textures not loading fast enough & ofc slow mo.
Like for me it's locked 60 at 4k, no drops, no stutters.
It's not, it's just another denuvo hater.
For me, this did not happen in the demo as I also streamed that as well.
go to graphics in options menu, under "basic graphics settings" make sure "limit world tour battles to 30 fps" is on, and you also need to set "maximum frame rate" to 30. dont worry this wont affect online battles or fighting ground.
Tried setting everything to low. Tried shader warming. Updated drivers. Redid shader warming. Vsync on AND off. Limited the battles to 30fps. Input reduction tested. Internal resolution tested. Npc Crowd option reduced to uncrowded (this helped a little) but it is consistently ONLY when engaging in fighting. I've stopped at Chun Li's section because every fight there is slow mo. It has actually stopped me from playing the mode because I legitimately find it frustrating.
Here's the post if you wanna check it out:

This worked for me, thanks!
