Street Fighter 6 Download Stuck at 28.8GB

So for context, I preloaded the game and it was taking an hour or so to unpack. So I just decided to uninstall the game to reinstall and now I as start the download, it is immediately stuck om 55% on 28.8GB with no current upload speed. What can I do to fix this? I have updated my drivers and restarted Steam multiple times and the issue still persists. I also deleted the file in the downloading folder on steam but still the issue remains.

ye seen a few people with this, the unpacking was slow but restarting steam i hear helped it. mine taking forever unpack

Looks to be working now, download is progressing. Changed my download server to Tokyo.
