full-screen mode

SF6 how to open full-screen mode, Borderless mode will lose frames, obviously feel that the action is not smooth, even if the number of frames is more than 60, have played a lot of games have such a common problem, but SF6 has no way to choose independent full-screen mode to solve this problem, let me very distressed

The game runs off DX12, which doesn't support fullscreen. Unless Capcom does some video voodoo, SF6 will never have fullscreen.

Borderless is "fullscreen" on dx12

Is dumb but they claim it works better(it doesnt) so they will keep it that way until the next dx.. or forever.

I wonder if keeping the screen this way makes it easier for them to implement anti cheat software etc.

I had no idea there were people who preferred non-borderless fullscreen. I have been using borderless exclusively for years, since it's easier to tab out and generally works much better and more smoothly with multiple screens. I never noticed any issues with smoothness or frame loss.

Normally, I also use Borderless, but this SF6 Borderless drops frames.

Lack of Exclusive Fullscreen is why I'm getting it on PS5 instead. I don't consider an RTX3050 superb, but in most games Exclusive Fullscreen at least allows smooth 4k or 1440p gameplay. Borderless in this, SFV, No Mans Sky, Cyberpunk etc. just completely bogs down the framerate.

1-tap windows key. write graphics settings, and add SF6 and put high performance

2-other.... on desktop. right click on your graphics driver and add a profile to your game

3-do you have devil may cry 5? you can install, run in full screen -> go check in cofig files the comands and past to street fighter 6

4-If you are lazy today to do step 3, send me a sf6 gift copy and I can try to find a fix for you =)

Other games can tolerate frame loss, but fighting and PVP FPS games can't.

There is no fullscreen exclusive in DX12 games. Borderless has been optimised to perform on par, you don't need fullscreen exlusive anymore. It's dead. Gone. No more.
