because you could technically get specials or supers you dont want if your inputs are bad but for the most part 0 reason to turn it off

It's originally from Street Fighter. Useful for some characters more than others.

I actually found it pretty useful to have on doing some of Marisa's combos on a DualShock 4. It makes certain execution demanding inputs easier to preform because you can essentially buffer the attack instead of having to scramble your fingers over to the button in time.

I'm using a V2 DualShock 4 wired with Steam Input. Dunno if that matters.
