Ultimate Edition has colors and alternate costume locked?

Do I have to manually unlock it or something? Only color 1 & 2 are available for all characters.

Hah, yeah man, same situation here for me. I bought the Ultimate Edition, DLC clearly says Costume 2 available, at the very least, and yet they're still locked. Don't know what that's all about.

Edit: Just wanted to add: At least the Drive tickets are there as well, which is nice, since its in the DLC, but no Costume 2 outfits so far.

I believe the alternate costumes aren't available yet? I'm not exactly sure but it seems like nobody has them currently so I'm guessing it's something like that.

I was under the impression the costumes and the colors of the Ultimate Edition was specifically for the first four DLC fighters who aren't out yet, rather than the costumes and colors of the base game characters. Everything in the listing refers to specifically the "four additional characters" of the year 1 pass.

Actually scratch that, I think I have color 10 for the characters that were in the beta but not the new characters that are only now available on release.

Outfit 2 for the base characters are free for everyone. You unlock them through World Tour or using Fight Coins. The outfits mentioned in the Ultimate edition are for the DLC characters and you won't receive them until those characters are released.

So even the "Ultimate Edition" is not quite "Ultimate" ;)
I wanted to avoid the grind of world tour to get those 3-7 colors and extra outfit.
