Is world tour dlc?

Some people told me its dlc but i think they are just trolling so its not actually dlc right?

Not in the sense you have to buy it. Just that in steam you can click on "access my dlc" and choose what modes in the game you want to install. So you could install just the Fighting Grounds and not World Tour, or World Tour and not the Fighting Grounds.

It is categorized as DLC so you can choose whether or not you want to download it. You don't have to pay for it separately. If you bought the game you get World Tour mode.

Its not, its just not avaliable yet because those people somehow accessed the game earlier

It's treated like a DLC but it's included in the base version of the game

It's listed as "DLC" so you can install the game in parts, basically once you've finished World Tour but you want to continue playing multiplayer you could just uncheck the World Tour "DLC" and free up a couple of gigs of hard drive space.

It's something games have been doing on consoles for a while, it's a pretty nice feature for folks without huge hard drives.

no itsn ot dlc some games for some reasion have the base gamae marked as dlc whe nits not gta has the base game marked as dlc for some odd reasion when it makes no sense

It is available.

Anyway, it's just so if you want to save space you have the option to delete certain parts of the game.

Time zones. Other people exists on the planet than those in your immediate surroundings. It's shocking, I know, but just wait until you get older and learn that the world is round and the sun doesn't hit the entire surface at the same time.

oh street fighter 5 had that for its story mode. Thanks for clearing it out

You can choose which parts of the game to have installed. You have the "base game" (which is Battle Hub), and then you can install World Tour or Fighting Ground separately.
