S: Kimberly, Guile, Dee Jay, Ken
A: JP, Zangief, Manon, Marisa, Ryu, Cammy
B: Luke, Chun-Li, Dhalsim, Juri, Lily, Jaime
C: Blanka
Manon and Marisa I think will have a ton of success early on with their more simplistic play styles, but I doubt that'll last forever. Chun-Li, Dhalsim, Jaime, and Blanka are all the opposite: gonna have a rough start but will probably start moving up the list as people lab them more and discover new tech.
Lily seems like it's hard to get an idea where she will fall.
JP looks good at what he does. I just think there will be a lot people playing high pressure archtypes on day 1 so i think he could struggle with top tier matchups. So if he turns out s+ on release i think the graplers are going down in value.
I like your reasoning for JP. And I totally agree with this mastery of lower tier fighters will bring them up because they have a higher floor and ceiling. But Jaime is going to mess up people that don't know how to deal with him just like Kimberly and Ken, which is why he is up high on the list.
Jaime requires max drinks to be good. No way he is gonna be top tier, especially with Gief most likely ruining his day.
