Does the modern control type remove motion inputs?

I sadly missed out on all the beta weekends so i will ask here.
I've been okay with motion inputs except for half-circles and 360, just can't do them fast enough to be good in mathes.

Will do the modern controls allow to do an SPD without the motion? i hope so i love Gief but couldn't really play him past gold ranks in SFV.

You can do specials with AND without inputs when using modern controls.
If you use the shortcut you take a 20% damage reduction penalty

Oh i like that so there's still the incentive to do the move properly but people like me aren't completely locked out from a character's moveset.

I know you mean well but not every disabled person is the same, i played SF4 for 300 hours and SFV for over 950 hours.
I'm 30 years old and i know what my hands can and can't do.

Again nothing personal but eveery time i ask for tips for SF4, SFV and now SF6 i get this reply.

Is this true? I'm under the impression thats not the case since there are moves missing from modern controls.

Edit: Looks like this is true. Didn't realize this but thats great.

There are some moves missing in Modern controls compared to Classic controls. The tradeoff for easier execution is that you miss out on some of your normal attacks.

Yeah... learn to use a control pad WITH YOUR TONGUE or move on, scrub ;)
