frame limit is a lie
I chose 120 fps
and it does 120 in the menus
but the game only runs at 60

now i see the "note".
this setting is literally a waste of time, no one cares about menus being 120fps.

I'm pretty sure it tells you that the fps outside of fighting can be 120, and fighting is 30-60 right in the options. Last I checked in the demo they were separate options.

Wouldnt say that, 120fps+ on an OS UI is less restraining for the eyes. Atleast its for my old eyes.
