This game uses systems that are not included by Windows 7. Meaning it's time to suck it up, buttercup. It's just what devs have to do to save money and resources for building games. Recently a game I play dropped the old Oculus vr head set in favor of Quest 2 due to the SDk no longer being updated. Meaning it'd take more resources to make sure their game could run on the aging system. It's better to cut losses where you can. Just business.
