Tournaments

Ok, so I see they finally brought back tournaments, who knows if they'll work this time. But anyways, how do I make sure I actually get into one? Theres no pre-sign up. I remember every single time there has been a "tournament" before (before it was cancelled), it shows the lobby, and the time, but then I get up the next day, and go to that exact lobby, slightly before start time, there's nothing. For example, it says tournament at 6 in the morning tomarrow. Is there any way to make sure I'm actually able to get in so I can try to finally get rid of these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievements and 100% the game?

Well, in T7 don't you put up collateral when you set up a tournament? Like the persona setting it up wil put gold as the prize. Should it work like that in sf6? At the very least, winning needs to get you alot more, if right now, winning gets you the same prize as sinply attending.

Do you have to actually go to the hub that's hosting the tournament once you signed up? Or does it go through its own UI regardless of what hub you're in?

The tournament system needs lots of improvements, really. Everyone signed up in 1 minute and there wasn't no room left for more players because it's limited to 32x3 players from my rank IN ALL EUROPE !

There's better tournament systems in free 2 play games,like Rocket league: When a tournament begins you get matchmaked with people from your league and you only need to sign up 5 minutes before it starts. Capcom needs to step up their game with this thing, it's really precarious.

I don't mind the tournaments being scheduled if they start running them more regularly, but I would like to see some dynamic bracket scaling, if 32 players sing up in the first five minutes of registrations being open, just increase it to a 64 player bracket.

We got 2 more tournaments today. One in 15 minutes, and one in 9 hours. At least for me, so I'm hoping they do this every weekend and give us good rewards

Maybe drive tickets, but per ranking.

Currently I'm more interested in getting achievements.

Hopefully they appear everyday. I just want the damn achievements and I'm never touching them again.

Same. I missed them again. Only low ranks are open, everything silver-gold is already taken. And in 9 hours I am off to work, gonna miss another one.

My game literally crashed at 12:59 and when I got it, it didnt let me join

I had five minutes to spare and decided to fix something on an old radio I have laying around. When I had like two minutes left, I launched the game and when I was about to enter the Hub I got the message that I was out. Turns out the clock on my computer is set at the wrong time. Awesome.

Gonna see if I can apply - and join - the other one, even though I also have to go to work.

Also, the silver - gold, platinum - diamond is a very bad idea. There is a gap between those ranks, at least i can feel it (currently in platinum 3). It will be very unbalanced.

What do you mean? like only 32 people can play per day? I have no clue how tournament works
