Where are they? I want the game, but I'll wait for more characters. Those on title are my favourites, but there are many other classics I'd be happy to see back.

Maybe they will appear in future DLCs, maybe not. If SF6 had every character people wants, it should have hundreds of them.

SFV had five years of DLC characters, there are considerable chances at least one of those will be back in with time. That said, this is just in the nature of fighting games, with exception of Virtua Fighter, there isn't really a single fighting game where all the old fighters are back in the next game out of the gate.

Out of all of those I think Vega and Laura are the most likely to return I can't see the others getting in before characters like Sakura, Sagat, Balrog, hell I wouldn't be shocked if we saw the likes of R.Mika, C.Viper, Birdie.

I'm pretty sure we'll be getting Bison back as well, just not in the form everyone suspects. Dude had access to cloning technology after all.

Bison in a Doll's body?

Then again, Dictator basically kidnapped and cloned every day of his life, so there is probably a small town's worth of bodies for his soul to be placed in. Ed is an upcoming DLC character, who was kidnapped to be a potential substitute body. For all we know, Bison's soul is actually in Ed's body.

I doubt Akira would come back considering she's a guest character from another capcom game thats NOT final fight.

Rival Schools is in the same universe as SF just like Final Fight. If anything, I could see more RS characters coming now that we've had Akira

Bison not in the roster feels. odd.. it would be like Shao Khan missing the MK roster, and he never really seems to.

Sakura was indeed in the very first Rival Schools. So they established very quickly they're the same universe.

I wish the SF 2 roster was core to each game, then after that they can add and drop people all they like with each new game.

I don't really care about the SF story lines, they are mostly nonsense anyways. but not having like the Sagat or Bison fighter play styles hurts.

So got to use JP instead, then get called cheap for using him, though I'm just using him because Bison is not in the roster and he has Psycho power. lol
