We don't have to disrespect Bonobo like that.

WHERE ARE ALL THE CLASSICAL MELODIES OF EACH FIGHTER??
https://youtu.be/UXdG4pXdTZI?t=32
Poor timing, my guy: I believe this is the first mainline entry since 3rd Strike that purposely steered clear of the classic themes and took a swing at all-new compositions..... for better and worse. But hey, when 90% of the fresh ideas and gambles they bet on largely paid off, well... sometimes you only get to eat -most- of the cake ;) lol
Thanks for the explanation pal!
As a musician (who grew up playing Ken, Guile or Cammy's theme on the piano) it's a dissapointment not to hear those melodies.
Also, this is just my opinion, but all the themes sound a little bit the same... hip hopish more or less or something like that. No epiciness at all...
Well, at least i'm enjoying World Tour so far...
street fighter is hip hop.

Not in it's origin for sure... any of the original classic themes where hip hop at all...
But hey, i'm 45, metal head and cinema/theater music composer. Maybe an pretty far from that style, that's all.
Anyway, i'll miss the old tunes.
fitting, because the entire theme of the avatar is to follow in ryus footsteps.
every day is a battle. the peak will always have a path leading down and into the horizon where another mountain rises for you to climb. its a bit like dragon ball. and thats beautiful.
This wasn't true until Street Fighter III. And then wasn't true again until Street Fighter 6. It was more World Fighter, than Street Fighter. If anything Final Fight is why anything about Street Fighter is actually "street." The irony is that SFIII might have the best music in the series, and yet none of it's style is present in SF6. It was practically an open book test for Capcom.

I was refering to the music, not about the game itself.
Not a single one of the classical Themes was close to hip hip in any way.
