Hidden master in nayshall daytime?

So, I've unlocked all the masters and completed the world tour, but in the world map, if I select old nayshall I can see a dark bar with an exclamation point on the daytime portion of the master list...

Does anybody know what it's about?

It's during night-time, outside the Stadium, staring across the view that spans it. There is no other master to grab at daytime(that icon just means there's none)

It is Rashid, you can find him in the train stations

But first you have to talk to Azam at night. Go to your house, change to night, Azam is very near (to the left of the door, when facing out from door).
