Size Breakdown

Can anyone give me a breakdown of just how big each of the components are for? The store page says that it requires 60gb to download, but I also know that you can download World Tour and the other mode separately, Will only downloading one or the other cut down on that 60gb requirement, or do they add to it?

world tour is 18gb and versus is 5. Total is 60
