World Tour NPC not giving a quest?

So, I've looked into getting every stat boosting item to help with those high-level opponents, and a lot of sites tell me that there's an NPC in the SiRN lab, Grace, that's supposed to give me a math equation to solve and input the solution in the password, and give me a stamina booster in exchange. The thing is, I've talked to Grace multiple times, and all she does is rant about lab coats.
I've checked everything, it's the same name, same model, the only thing that's different is her location (I find her R&D second floor while the sites says she's either on the 7th, 8th, or roof, depending on the site, and yes I have checked all of these locations individually), I've tried restarting the game, I've tried fighting her, I've tried wearing a lab coat since she rants about them.
And the strangest thing is, those sites all give both the equation and the solution, but they don't give the same equation, while they all give the same solution. Some seem to say it's 2^6x3x243 and others 2^6x3x643, so I'm left wondering if this isn't some elaborate troll I'm falling into?
I'm also positive I didn't solve it already, they say I'm supposed to receive a message from a mystery scientist, which I don't have in the app.
And nowhere online have I found people discussing it, except on those game journal sites, so I'm left wondering if this even exists in the first place.

Have you been there at night? I'm pretty sure I talked to her when it was night.
Anyways, the joke is that the solution is 123456, did you just try entering that number and see if something happens either way?

Yeah, I don't even think you can access SiRN during day, as there's the guy blocking your way. It was at night.
I did try to just enter the number, it said "Error".

Have you figured this out yet? i'm still unsure of how to get the booster from her.

you need to open up the messenger/text menu and input the password 123456

Ran into the exact same problem, and I think it is because I didn't get this quest when I was supposed to, but instead came back later for it.

On the Plus side, you can reach the max of 30k Health without that booster. Not sure how, but I got 30k, and never got this particular quest.

How much does that upgrade give, is it a common one ?
Because I had no clue of the answer so I finished the WT by now but typing the code on the phone doesn't work, says ERROR.
I guess it's the only missable quest.
Have to check again to be sure but I've spend 30 mn in the building looking for her again, but couldn't find her.
