Guile perfect sonic booms

Hi, I was wondering how to perform Guile's perfect sonic booms. The game doesn't specify with any instructions on how to do the perfect sonic boom from the regular one. I was able to complete Guile's combo trial but I still have no idea how to perform the perfect boom. It was pure fluke. I can do a perfect sonic boom from a standing position most of the time, but doing it in a combo, I have absolutely no idea how to do that? I've tried searching it on the web for answers, with no luck. Any tips and guidance on how to do it would be appreciated.

It's the same as doing it from standing, you gave to hit forward and the punch button at the same time.

If you're getting normal booms, you're either pressing the button or moving the stick slightly out of sync.
