Rank Average?

So what's the "gold" rank of sf6 because seeing everyones placements is kind of interesting. Compared to sf5 i'd just like to see where most people are placed,

Obviously it's slightly above intermediate like the red belt in Karate or a bachelor's degree in an academic field. You know the fundamentals, but there's still much room for improvement and specialization left.
