I wait in yoga pose and look around. Little thing, but I'm used to this now.
I only use Fighting Ground when I only have time for 1 or 2 fights.
Now Battle Hub is also the only place where you can fight with your avatar, it's quite fun and a change from the base game from time to time. Playing on cabinet, I think makes no differences with Casual but it seem it don't share stats with Casual, not sure.
The Hub is also a place of unpredictable thing. Like you walk around and see who are the 2 fighters beeing played on a cabinet and well, you can choose to spectate and such.
that's pretty much it
sometimes it can be fun to not know how good your opponent is
So, never really sat around or anything. I find the chat thing annoying, as I have to put the controller down, reach over to the keyboard and then deal with a chat box that wouldn't be fit for service in a 1998 Excite! chatgroup.
Can we use headsets to voice chat in there?
Here is a video of a planner who actually came up with the battle hub to maybe help u understand
