You're ranked higher than I am so I may not be able to offer too much advice but if you're getting jumped in on a lot I'd start with getting your character's anti air moves down.
Start there and maybe others can offer you some more detailed tips.
Also watch and learn what people do, a lot of players will either rely or use a certain tactic everytime until you get around it (if they dash a lot use cr lk or cr mk to keep checking them, if they jump too much just focus on creating that jump space so you can just anti air all the time) It's basically a game of fundamentals.
How you do this is gonna vary wildly from character to character so I don't know if I can give you any specific advice on how to do this, but I can tell you what I've been doing on Jamie.
I've been approaching my enemies with drive rush heavy punch, which is +1 on block, and then forcing a strike throw mixup with that. I can use crouching light punch faster than they can do anything, so if they press a button they get hit. If they block, then I can throw instead of crouching light, then off the knockdown I can put them back into the exact same situation. This sequence makes it so that my opponent can't just hold block forever, or I'll just throw them to death. Another thing I can do is use my divekick to trick people into whiffing antiairs, since I can control where I land with each version.
Every character has something they can do like this, you've just gonna take a look at your character's frame data and their tools.
It's like fighting a cheating end boss from SF2/SF3.
If it's more of a specific character you have trouble with, maybe try playing that character yourself to understand what their moves do, so you can make a plan on how to punish it.
THe opponent is doing whatever they want, all the time. I just fought a ken that perfected me. If I block, im thrown, he can combo whatever he wants, whenever he wants, all my moves are blocked. I really am so confused here.
It's alright to be frustrated and salty because you don't understand why you're losing, it happens to the best of us. But you should really get up and take a minute to walk around, drink some water, and cool off so that we can help.
