Can't purchase Fighter Coins

Hi,

Every time I try to open the Steam Store to get Fighter Coins I get the error

"Caution
A communication error has occurred.
Error code: 50200-21208"

How can I fix this? I want to purchase the alternative costumes but I can't

I tried adding money to my steam wallet and it stil errors out when i try to buy them

This actually worked for me. Thank you!

For those who are interested, go to Steam (not the game) and click:
Settings > In Game > "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game"

(It's the very first option on screen. Just toggle the corresponding button to activate it, and it will turn blue).
