How to get IRON rank?

I have played for second character. All first 10 matches I have lost. Got 3000, its a BRONZE 1 rank.
Next, I have played 3 games more and all of them lost again but my rank still on 3000. Wtf? Why after my defeat I can`t lost any points? How to get IRON rank ?

There is no league demotion from Bronze. So once you hit it you can't fall back. You can lose stars but you can't lose the "league" as they call it. Same goes for Silver and Gold. Only Platinum and Diamond can fall back down.

First 10 matches on this fighter was like a calibration. I have not any rank on this fighter before.

You said that after losing 10 you were placed in Bronze 1.

10 matches = calibration and got rank Bronze 1 for second character. I have any rank on him before.
If I have lost all matches, so how get worse rank like IRON ?

Maybe it's not only based on losing, but also how you play / how badly you lose. Maybe you get Iron if you lose 10 games really really bad.

Ahh. Before you play placement matches the game asked you to assess your skill. Maybe you said something so high that the game would never put you in Iron or Rookie. Or maybe since you have a second character that is higher than Bronze the game won't let you go lower than Bronze even with a new character.

That's probably it then. I believe Tekken has the same system. You have per-character ranking but if your main is Master then you won't be able to go to Rookie with a secondary because skill carries over and it would be unfair. So even if you lose all placement matches with the secondary it won't be too far from your highest rank reached.

It's likely your first set of placement matches establishes your floor. Perhaps in an effort to curb smurfing, the game isn't going to start placing you at the lowest rank just because you started using a new character as you've demonstrated your knowledge and capability with the core mechanics of the game which should translate to around the same skill level as your floor. Which in this case, sounds like it would be Bronze.

Wiat how does rank get determined then? If you lsot 10 and got 3,000, I won 6 of my 10 and got 1,000. How does it determine rank then?

On launch day I won 7/10 and got Iron with my first character lol.

The very first time the game asked you to self-assess your skill. If you said "I'm a baby" and you lost 4 then there you go.
