so can't equip Luke's whole moveset, but you can equip all of Chun Li's?
As for luke I imagine if you're on classic controls you have to choose between sand blast or that qcf.k move. Don't even know if this was a bug or intended, either way it's very stupid.
i personally don't care, ill use whatever to win. i use classic controls, and i can't use 2 moves with the same motion input.
if modern controls have no restrictions, then people should play modern.
No, Classic and modern should have equal setups for avatar builds
If they wont let all moves go to a build that's one thing but clearly there is a bug for lazy balance which messes up things.
