Trying to get chignon buns from Chun-Li. Requires canceling her projectile.

"Cancel out this opponents projectile" are the words it says. I'm not 100% what this requires. I've tried drive-parry plenty of times I've tried to attack her when she sets off her fireball. but it is just way to fast to see coming.

Am I correct in assuming "Canceling her projectile" is attacking when she is executing her fireball? Or is it something else I'm not getting? Looking for tips online gives me nothing but canceling your own attacks into supers.

Yeah, this threw me at first too, because the tutorial also talks about canceling your own moves. I'm guessing it means use drive parry, but I haven't attempted it.

Pretty easy. Try using a hadoken against her projectile.

I don't know what to say. I read the answer, went right back into the game, unpaused the match, and hadoken'd her projectile XD Thank you so much!
