Have you seen how ugly characters ware in older 2d games.
SF was never about cool edgy animu character and waifus.
SFV tried to go down that route and half of the cast is forgettable.
I love it when a game tries to make its characters stand out not just make everyone generic and attractive or super realistic.
Not that SF doesn't have its beautiful or handsome characters.

Look at Tekken 8. Gorgeous characters that look better than most of the prettiest AAA video game characters.
While SF6 characters can compete for the title of one of the ugliest characters in recent games. In any genre with any budget.
