When do they normally add new skins?

I remember reading somewhere that generally when SF releases new characters they drop skins for previous characters, but I wanted to know if that's true. When Rashid drops in 2 days I think, can we expect any other content or his Rashid it?

I was kinda assuming that's what the battle passes were for but they made those pointless instead. I have no idea how they are going to tackle them in this game. An option to transfer SFV costumes in would be nice.

i think ultimate edition also give outfit 3 for DLC characters too.

how many characters have you ranked up?

Characters only have 2 costumes each and many people haven't even unlocked the 2nd, so yeah, it's getting a little samey looking already.

Every character has secondary costume though.

I would like them to make DLC skins sooner rather than later so I know whether drive tickets are good for anything but colors. Right now I'm saving them to see if you can use them for something interesting other than alt colors.

2 gold 1 platinum. I just got ranked in Bronze with Chun Li kuz I only did throws for my placement matches, I thought I would do better but whatever
